Daniel Kerrigan, The father of former Olympic figure skater Nancy Kerrigan died yesterday and her brother Mark will be charged with assault in connection to the death. According to reports Kerrigan faces one count of assault and battery on a person over 60. Kerrigans mother said there was nothing suspicious about his death and explained he just died of a massive heart attack, police have said the cause of death is pending an autopsy. Nancy Kerrigan was the victim of a 1994 attack when rival skater Tonya Hardings ex-husband hired a hit man who attacked and injured her during at a figure skating practice.
